Endeavor Program

The Endeavor Program is the clinical arm of Carriage House.  Endeavor Provides small group and individual ABA services supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.  Your child’s health insurance may cover these group and individual clinical services with an established autism diagnosis.  Endeavor groups provide a small, intensive early intervention environment with a maximum of six children and four trained staff. This small environment ensures the intense interaction and guidance that these children require to function in a group setting.

An initial assessment is completed using a variety of appropriate assessment tools, including the VB-MAPP. These assessments provide a wealth of information about current skills and goals for skill acquisition. An individualized plan is then created. We consider parent input crucial to the success of each child’s program and recognize the importance of consistency across environments.

Within each Endeavor group, a unique combination of developmentally appropriate early childhood best practice and evidenced based and/or emerging early intervention strategies (ABA, VB, DIR, TEACCH) are embedded in a natural group environment that utilizes incidental teaching and direct instruction. Each group is designed to provide a developmentally appropriate environment into which each child’s individual plan may be embedded. Our program places special emphasis on increasing communication, social interaction and independence, while decreasing challenging behaviors.
