Do you serve children of all ages?

Our Endeavor Program serves children 2-6 years of age.

Our Preschool Program serves children 1-6 years of age.

What schedules are offered at Carriage House?

Full-time: Monday-Thursday, 8:45-3:30 pm and Friday 8:45-11:45 am

Part-time: Monday/Wednesday, 8:45-3:30 pm & Friday, 8:45-11:45 am OR Tuesday/Thursday, 8:45-3:30 pm

Can we get services in our home?

At this time, we are not providing home-based services. 

I am on the waiting list, what now?

As we are a year-around program, openings typically become available in the summer with a start date in August.  When spots are available, we invite children from our waiting list to shadow.  After a shadow session, we hope to have a better understanding which room/group best meets your child’s needs.  If there is an opening in that room/group, we will start the enrollment process. 

What does it cost to attend Carriage House?

Our Preschool Program is a tuition-based program and that is spread over 12 monthly payments.  For current tuition rates, please contact us.

Our clinical Endeavor Program is billable to health insurance.  We are currently in-network with most commercial insurance carriers as well as KY Medicaid and the MCO’s.  It is important to note that coverage for the Endeavor Program is subject to your individual policy.  If you have questions about your coverage, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
